Shipping

We ship using standard “intermodal” containers which can be loaded and sealed intact onto container ships, railroad cars and trucks.  These containers have made the transporting vehicles safer and more affordable than ever before.

Throughout the process, we keep the buyer informed as it moves from our lot, shipper’s warehouse, container ship and final destination.

Our Containers

We ship all vehicles in enclosed, sealed steel  containers.  These containers provide for safe, efficient and secure storage and movement of your vehicle within a global  freight transport system.

Each vehicle is insulated from the environment, other freight and accidental bumps or scratches.

In fact, it’s the same way the car manufacturers ship their own vehicles to the USA’s west coast.

Containers are either 20 or 40 feet long and can easily accommodate any car or light truck.

Container Ships

Approximately 90% of cargo worldwide is transported by container, and modern container ships can carry up to 15,000 containers.

Container ships can be loaded and unloaded in a few hours and have reduced shipping times. Cranes on the pier or on the ship are used to place containers on board.

Containerization has lowered our shipping costs and decreased shipping time, and this in turn benefits our customers.
